3. Collector Network Participation

Collectors who apply to join our network must provide accurate information and maintain the qualifications, training, and certifications required for the services they offer. We may review, approve, decline, suspend, or remove a collector from the network at our discretion, including where qualifications, conduct, documentation, or compliance standards are not met.

4. Onboarding Fees

Approved collectors pay a one-time onboarding fee that covers application review, account setup, document review, service area setup, and internal network profile creation. The onboarding fee is for administrative review and setup only. It is not a payment for work, leads, or any guaranteed testing volume. Fee details are provided during onboarding.

5. No Guarantee of Assignments

Network approval and onboarding do not guarantee testing volume, assignments, referrals, or revenue. Orders are based on client demand, service area, collector availability, qualifications, and service capabilities, and may vary or be unavailable at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Use the site or services for any unlawful purpose;
• Interfere with the operation or security of the site;
• Misrepresent your qualifications, certifications, or service capabilities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Sentinel Compliance Group or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
